- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order ID).
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items labeled as “non-refundable”, “clearance”, or “final sale”.
- Custom orders or special components requested on demand.
- Opened software, firmware-flashed products, or microcontrollers.
- Damaged items due to customer mishandling or incorrect use.

- Pack the Item Securely
Use original packaging and ensure it’s sealed properly. - Ship Back to Us
We will share the return address and instructions. You may return via G4S, Posta, Fargo, or another tracked service.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective due to our error.
- If approved for a refund, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or video of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days:
- M-Pesa refunds are sent directly to your number.
- Bank/Card/PayPal refunds go back to the original payment method.
- We may deduct a restocking fee (up to 10%) for opened or partially used products.
- Exchange Policy
- You may request a product exchange instead of a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Any difference in price will be adjusted before shipping the replacement.
