1. Order Processing

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Processing Time:

Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders confirmed before 2 pm EAT are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after cut‑off, or on weekends/public holidays, ship the next business day.
Stock Availability:

 Processing times assume items are in stock; for out‑of‑stock or back‑ordered products we will contact you via email or WhatsApp with an updated timeline.

2. Shipping Destinations

Within Kenya: Delivery across major cities and towns, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, and others.
International (SSA & Beyond): For customers in East Africa and overseas, we offer DHL International, EMS, or FedEx shipping options.

 3. Shipping Methods & Timing

4. Shipping Rates

Kenyan Orders:*Flat rate between KSh 350–800 based on weight and location.
Regional & International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on item dimensions, weight, and destination.
Free Shipping: Occasionally offered for orders above a certain cart total (e.g., KSh 50,000+).

5. Tracking Your Order

 You’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once dispatched.
Local courier tracking via SMS or app
International shipments include DHL/FedEx/EMS tracking numbers.

 6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

 Orders shipped internationally may incur customs fees, duties, or import taxes at destination. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
We declare the value of items accurately for customs purposes.

 7. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

* Please confirm shipping address carefully—once dispatched, we may not be able to reroute without extra charges.
* If you enter an incorrect address, notify us immediately; extra courier fees may apply to redirect the shipment.
* In case of delivery failure , returned orders may incur return-and-reship fees and restocking charges.

 8. Damaged or Lost Items

Inspect your package upon delivery.
For damaged or missing items, report within 48 hours via email :sales@kwikrielectronics.com or WhatsApp.
Submit photos of packaging and item. We’ll assess and either reship or issue a full refund.

* Note: items returned via courier will be inspected; approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt at our warehouse.
